Eligible Work
All eligible work must have been produced
between July 2003 and August 2004.
Non-English entries are welcome and should
include a translation of important copy.
Entry Format
Send the actual poster. If poster size exceeds
36 x 49 inches, please send 4x5-inch chromes
in top-loading sleeves. Please do not send
digital files unless no other format is available.
Please do not send 35mm slides.
Entry Label
Complete an entry label in full for each entry.
Categories are listed below. Securely tape each
label (no paper clips or staples) to its respective
poster. Include a second copy of each entry
label with your payment form. Additional entry
labels are available at www.graphis.com.

Selection and Notification
Six to eight months after the final submission
deadline, winners will be listed in the Call for
Entries section of www.graphis.com.

Send entries to:

New York, NY 10016, USA.
Overseas entrants should mark outside of
package “Art for contest. No commercial
value.” You may ship your entry overnight or
registered mail with a signature required for
delivery. No deliveries accepted on Fridays.
Confirmation of Receipt
If you require proof of delivery, please enclose
a self-addressed, stamped postcard with your
entry. International entrants please add $1.00
US to total entry fee for additional postage.
Payment Form
Complete the payment form and enclose it
in an envelope marked “Payment” with your
check, money order or billing information.
Pack the “Payment” envelope with your entries.
For a charge card receipt, fax a written request
to 212-213-3229, Attn: Accounts Payable.
