1. International Festival of Design in Lodz, Poland
18 - 31 October 2007 The club culture becomes an increasingly important part of young people’s lives and attracts more and more people related to art environments. During the last decade graphics has besome one of it’s more important elements. Growing scale of club events made appearance of club posters possible. It becomes common among well-known artists to join the inspirations of streetart with the highbrow art. The exhibition „Partyprint” aims to present the achievements and trends in the contemporary graphic design. This year’s exhibition is a part of the International Festival of Design that will be first such event in Poland and will present the review of the most contemporary works by the European club poster creators. On the opening day, there will be a club event in which some of the top Polish DJ’s will take part. The exhibition will be promoted in one of music television, radio and newspapers and magazines toghether with outdoor poster action. REGULATIONS PartyPrint presents artwork strictly related to club culture, created between 1990 and 2007.
CATEGORIES A - POSTERS PUBLISHED IN PRINT
REGULATIONS FOR ACCESS AND PARTICIPATION 1. Works for PartyPrint can be sent by individual authors, studios, music clubs, groups and agencies.
5. Senders are asked to fill the sccess cards in with typewrite or print. Lack of, or illegible access card will result in disqualifying
6. Works sent will not be returned.
7. Works bolsetered with pads will not be accepted.
8. Attached to works should be documents in form of computer files recorded on CD-ROM. CD’s should be Mac OS or Microsoft
9. Works should be packed in a way allowing safe transportation as damaged works will not be accepted.
10. Sending and other unexpected costs are on participants side. Foreign parcels should be sent without stating their value and
