Participants should also provide with 6-9 video shots with a layout of A3 size of JPEG format, resolution of 300dpi and CMYK color model Naming of files: name of the work + name of college/university + name of author(s), pack with the registration form and send the package to the contact person There should be no more than 3 authors for graphic works while no more than 5 authors for film works Invited colleges and universities should recommend at least 5 pieces of students’ works (a series of works will be counted as one single piece, and a series should contain 2 to 4 works). An introduction with high resolution picture(s) within 300 words description of the school should also be submitted. Coordinators should pack all works by naming the file as the name of the school and send it to the competition committee by e-mail. Colleges and universities in the public should submit 10 - 15 pieces of works (a series of works will be counted as one single piece, and a series should contain 2 to 4 works). An introduction with high resolution picture(s) within 300 words description of the school should also be submitted. Coordinators should pack all works by naming the file as the name of the school and send it to the competition committee by e-mail. Awards: - One piece of Golden Prize ( with a bonus of 5000 RMB before tax, award certificate, and an album of works) - Two pieces of Silver Prize ( with a bonus of 3000 RMB before tax, award certificate, and an album of works) - Three pieces of Bronze Prize ( with a bonus of 1000 RMB before tax, award certificate, and an album of works) - One hundred of Excellence Awards ( with award certificate, and an album of works) - Finalist Awards (with award certificate) - Outstanding Organization Award (with award medal and an album of works) Copyright and Other Issues: Participants’ works must be original from the author(or authors’ group). The participant qualification will be canceled if there is any plagiarism behavior and the participant should take the consequences. If the work involves any intellectual property rights,copyright and other issues, the original author(s) should contact with related organizations, and the competition committee will not take any consequence of participants’ plagiarism behavior. The competition committee has an absolute power in selection and rejection of any piece which violates the‘Advertising Law’,national culture, national dignity,morality or inconformity to competition requirements. Sponsors has the rights to exhibit, publish and promote the awarded works.
