The International Poster Biennial in Mexico opens its 14th call
not only as an international contest of poster artists but also
as a space of creation and meeting that occurs every two years.
"The BICM follows current topics and problems of the world, so
we open new themes and alliances with different actors in society;
this has allowed us to give, to the congress, greater breadth in terms of content".
