Herbert W. Kapitzki (1925.02.24 Gdansk (PL) - 2005.04.22 Berlin (DE)) , a student of Willy Baumeister, did pioneering work in exhibition design, logos, corporate identy, signage and on the visualization of information. He was a teacher at the legendary "Hochschule fuer Gestaltung Ulm" from 1964 - 1968, and at the "Hochschule der Kuenste Berlin" from 1970 to 1990.
