The Museum of Printing History will display the posters of Finn Nygaard, the renowned Danish designer and poster artist, for a series of events and an exhibition at the Museum. The exhibition is Nyggard's first solo show in the United States.
Mr. Nygaard is known internationally for his work, which has won multiple juried shows. Finn Nygaard is a member of the Alliance Graphique Internationale, AGI and a member of Danish Designers, MDD. Events accompanying the exhibition will include collaborations with cultural and educational institutions in Houston and Texas, including the University of Houston, AIGA—the Professional Association for Design, and the Royal Danish Consulate in Houston.
