Li Jiong, who won a silver and a bronze medal at this year's competion "Graphic Design in China" in Shenzhen, sent me the pictures on this page with the following comments: "Creation of the greeting cards does not have a profound meaning, I just want to get powerful visual effects. Red in China is a lucky color. I use many small cubes to make up different images, such as numbers, and also put some cubes at random. It is important that every box has an english character or number written on it's side (barely visible here). On photo 2, you can find "2008" written on the sides of the two cubes. On photo 7 you can see "2008 Happy New Year". And photo 8 just makes up "08" casualy. Photo 9 and photo 10 put casualy too."
