Uwe Loesch schreibt: Die Motive der Plakatserie für das Klingspor Museum Offenbach wurden auch als Grossfläche mit einem anderen, durchlaufenden Text, einem Zitat aus dem 5. Buch der Enneaden von Plotin, in Frankfurt und Offenbach plakatiert. Der Text lautet: Jedes Ding im erkennbaren Himmel ist gleichfalls Himmel... Jeglicher erblickt sich in den anderen. Es gibt in diesem Reich kein Ding, das nicht durchscheinend ist. Alle sind allenthalben, und alles ist alles. Jedes Ding ist alle Dinge. Die Sonne ist alle Sterne, und jeder Stern ist alle Sterne und die Sonne. Niemand wandelt auf einem fremden Boden. --- The poster series for the Klingspor Museum in Offenbach (DE) has now been published as a billboard in Offenbach and Frankfurt, Germany. The text has been changed to a quote from the Fifth Book of the Enneads of Plotinus, an ancient greek philosopher : Each thing in the sky is also a sky ... Everyone sees himself in the others. There is nothing in this kingdom which is not translucent. All is everywhere, and all are all. Each thing is all things. The sun is like all stars, and each star is like all stars and like a sun. Nobody walks on foreign soil. --- When translating the text, I realized that it could be understood both a as poem, a philosophical text or a statement about physics, with different interpretations, of course. Whoever decided to bring the truth to downtown Frankfurt in such a beautiful cloth: Thank you !
