FOUR DECADES OF LITHUANIAN POSTER
of the private collection of Prof. Juozas Galkus
on Tuesday, 16 March 2010 at 5.00 p.m.
at the Poster Art Gallery in Helsinki Cable Factory
Tallberginkatu 1 C, 5th floor, Helsinki
The exhibition will be opened by H.E. Dr. Halina Kobeckaite,
Ambassador of Lithuania
The exhibition will run until 20.04.2010 from 9.00 a.m. till 7.00 p.m.
Prof. Juozas Galkus is one of the most authoritative artists
of poster and the graphic art, as well as an expert of Lithuanian heraldry.
At the opening of the exhibition, he will present his latest book
dedicated to the history of the coat of arms of Lithuania "The Vytis of Lithuania".
The opening will be followed by a glass of wine.
