Make and Meet: Magnificent Seven Young Chinese Designers Poster Exhibition Invitational opened at 9:30 on June 6, 2010 at at the Culture and Art Space in Chonghemen Ancient Tower, Linhai City, Zhejiang Province, China. More than 60 posters by seven distinguished young Chinese designers, namely Brad Tzou, Hong Chen, Jiangping Liu, Zhiming Li, Lei Pang, Dawang Sun, Li Xu are exhibited. These posters fall to the category of ideology, culture, commerce, public interest and convey the designers’ unique visual language and show their efforts exploring new visual forms and visualization of thinking. Visitors say that they can perceive a brand new design concept and get a brand new visual shock upon viewing these posters. According to the gentleman in charge of Culture and Art Space, visitors to the exhibition have exceeded ten thousand, which ranks top of the Space’s exhibitions. Magnificent Seven Young Chinese Designers Poster Exhibition Invitational is expected to shed light on Taizhou poster design lovers and students’ design philosophy. The exhibition will last ten days from June 6 to June 15. A catalogue including a CD with the video of the opening will be published.
