Student posters on the streets
During the festival, the walls of Chaumont are given over to the students, and look pleasantly chaotic. The posters also mix with sprayed graphitti, normal publicity and plain nonsense pictures, and although their message is not always self-evident, they are definitely brightening the visual street inventory, this year more than ever.
There was some spill-over from the Amour fou competition, some critical posters on Mother's Day, some mild revolutionary rhetoric, but it mostly looked more like fun than Saving the World.

The poster is pasted on a street sign that says "Horodateur", a kind of parking meter, and hints at the poor pig's horror of Mother's Day. |
