before leaving for Echirolles.
It is characteristic for his many courageous political posters calling for peace, and condemning violence. | The recent outbreak of hostilities in Israel left him in a visibly somber mood. The hebrew quote in his 1982 poster reads "Who tells of the mighty deeds of Israel" and is a bitter comment on the massacres of Sabra and Chatila against Palestinians. | ||
