Winners of the poster competition for the Festival d'affiches de Chaumont 2002 on the theme "Images of the world - world of images"

In 2002, there was no international competition in Chaumont like in the previous years. However, in addition to the usual student competition, the best posters from the 3 day workshop were also awarded prizes. The two student competitions had separat juries.

340 posters were submitted, 212 from France and the rest from Germany, Argentina, Belgium, the United States, Iran, Great Britain, Poland and Switzerland, and all were exhibited and printed in the catalogue.

The jury (Luba Lukova (US), Laurance Madrelle (FR), Pascal Colrat (FR), Vladimir Chaika (RU) and Martin Mueller (DE)) meeting in Chaumont on May 31, 2002 awarded the following prizes :

104 students from 15 french and 6 foreign schools participated in the 3 day workshop conducted in Chaumont from May 29 - 31, 2002, by Melchior Imboden (CH), Uwe Loesch (DE), Kari Piippo (SF), Maria Gabriella Rodriguez (MX), Leonardo Sonnoli (IT), David Tartakover (IL) and James Victore (US). 128 poster were exhibited, and the jury (Michal Batory (FR), Jeffrey Fisher (AU), Volker Pfueller (DE), Sadik Karamustafa (TR) and Anette Lenz (FR) awarded the following prizes :
