On February 14 and 15, 2004, the jury met in Tehran (IR) and awarded the following prizes, from about 300 entries that the preselection jury had filtered out from more than 1600 international entries received: Prize winners First prize (6000 Euro): Reza Alavi (IR) for "New flag of Iraq", 2003 Second prize (4000 Euro): Anette Lenz & Vincent Perrottet (FR) for " Theatre d'Angouleme", 2003 Third prize (2000 Euro): Parisa Tashakori (IR) for " Let's create a blue sky for our children" Third Prize (2000 Euro): Firouz Shafei (IR) for "The 100th anniversary of Sadeq Hedayat's birthday", 2002 IGDS Honorary diploma: Alireza Mostafazadeh (IR) for "Nature invites us to graphic art.
