One of the first to recognize and further Zebrowski's talents was the poster collector Krzysztof Dydo from Cracow. When the two met in 1984, Dydo had just opened his gallery, and asked Zebrowski for a promotional poster, which later became famous, starting a longtime and fruitful cooperation. Zebrowski pointed out to me, tongue in cheek, that he, on the other hand, was the first to recognize the importance of Dydo's gallery, which later became equally famous because of his catchy promotional posters.

Anyway, this web exhibition owes it's existence to both of them, and also to the poster dealer Florian Zielinski from Poznan, who brought me into contact with Leszek, and I would like to thank all of them for help and support, and their families for their generous hospitality.
